Hello, my name is Yusuf Hassan. I am the owner of a Computer Business Center and a participant in the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training, Phase 7.
I would describe the training as practical and insightful.
Through this program, I learned how to use digital tools to automate tasks, manage client information, and improve service delivery. I have applied these skills in my Computer Business Center by using tools such as Google Forms, Google Sheets, and email automation to handle customer inquiries efficiently, which has improved my workflow and professionalism.
I feel proud and motivated to be part of Phase 7 of the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training. The program has boosted my confidence and helped me see new opportunities for growth through digital skills.
