Hello, my name is Solomon David. I run fresh Fruits business name *Laza-Go Agro,* where I sells and produce fruit salad, fresh fruit juice, and fresh fruit. I’m a participant in the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training, Phase 7, and I’m in Track 4C – Virtual Assistant for Business.
In one or two words, I would say or describe the training as practical and empowering.
One major thing I learned from the training is how to use digital tools like Trello, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT, also canva to better organize and manage my business. Before the training, my workload was heavy, my tasks and customer records were not well organized, and managing daily operations was a bit stressful.
But after applying what I learned, I now use Trello to plan production and orders, Google Sheets to track customers and sales, and ChatGPT to support documentation and customer communication. This has helped me reduce my workload, organize my documents properly, and run my business more smoothly and freely. As a result, more customers are now interested in my products, and I’m able to serve them more efficiently and professionally.
Being part of the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training, Phase 7, makes me feel grateful and confident. The training has equipped me with practical digital skills that are already making a real impact on my business. I was also able to design my logo
