I am sincerely grateful to MTN Foundation and Learning Core for the opportunity to participate in this impactful training program. The experience has been highly enriching and transformational, especially for me as an entrepreneur managing PureHarvest Poultry Farming and Frozen Foods.
Through the training, I gained practical knowledge in business development, digital tools, and modern strategies for managing an MSME effectively. I learned how to apply record-keeping and tracking systems, improve customer communication using WhatsApp Business, promote my products professionally with Canva, and manage my finances better through structured budgeting and planning.
The program has helped me become more organized, confident, and intentional in running my business. I now understand the importance of building systems, maintaining accurate records, and using digital solutions to improve productivity and growth.
Beyond the technical skills, the mentorship, support, and encouragement from the facilitators and coordinators made the learning process very engaging and motivating. This training has opened my eyes to new opportunities for scaling my poultry business, increasing profitability, and contributing to food security and economic empowerment in my community.
