The Training has been a remarkable and rewarding journey for me. Through the Virtual Assistant program, I acquired practical experience with key digital and business tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, Trello,WhatsApp Business, Meta Business Suite, ChatGPT, and other productivity and automation platforms that now play an important role in my business operations.
Google Workspace—particularly Docs, Sheets, and Forms—made a huge difference for me, as they help me organize my online clothing business by managing orders, tracking sales, monitoring inventory, gathering customer details, and structuring my daily work processes. Canva has also enabled me to create attractive and professional designs that represent my brand better.
The masterclass sessions were extremely valuable, especially the lessons on funding, loan management, and financial decision-making. As an emerging entrepreneur, these sessions reshaped how I approach business growth and financial planning.
I am truly thankful to the MTN Foundation for this opportunity and for investing in my personal and professional development.
