I am small business owner who creates and handcrafts shoes and bags,
my journey has been filled with passion, long hours, and countless challenges.
Before joining the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training (Phase 7), my business relied mostly on talent and determination.
I worked hard with my hands, but I often felt unsure about how to truly grow, reach more customers, or position my brand in a competitive market.
This training changed that for me. It opened my eyes to the power of digital skills, AI automations and proper business planning, and intentional growth.
I learned how to tell my brand story online, manage my business finances better, and engage customers beyond just making sales.
For the first time, I began to see my craft not just as a skill, but as a business with real potential.
Today, I feel more confident and hopeful. My business is more structured, my visibility has improved, and I now approach every order with a clearer vision for the future. I no longer feel stuck or overwhelmed — I feel empowered.
The progress I’ve made reminds me that with the right support and knowledge, small businesses like mine can grow into something truly impactful.
I am deeply grateful to the MTN Foundation for believing in small business owners like me and providing the tools that turn passion into progress. This journey has renewed my confidence, strengthened my business, and inspired me to dream bigger than ever before.
