I impactful learn an experience focused on equipping participants with practical knowledge for sustainable business development. The facilitators presented complex business and technology concepts in a clear and accessible manner, ensuring relevance to real-world business operations.
Key areas I learn how to access a financial support mechanisms for small and medium-sized enterprises, such as loans, funding opportunities, and grants. Participant were also introduced to the effective use of artificial intelligence tools to enhance productivity, optimize processes, and improve overall business efficiency. Additionally, the sessions provided guidance on the strategic use of digital and social media platforms—including Facebook, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Telegram, and Jiji—to improve market reach and customer engagement.
The program further emphasized core business values and competencies, including efficiency, consistency, confidence, calculated risk-taking, integrity, authenticity, and trust. Participants gained insights into the importance of structured business growth, goal setting, time management, customer retention, market identification, audience targeting, and the use of appropriate channels and resources to address business-specific challenges.
Overall, the masterclass significantly enhanced all the participants understanding of how access to timely and accurate information can drive sustainable business growth. The program has strengthened capacity for informed decision-making and positioned all the participants to compete effectively in an increasingly technology-driven business environment.
