My name is Eze Emmanuel Okechukwu, and I am a participant in the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training Phase 7, specializing in the AI and Automation track.
I own a small rice business, and I needed to learn how I can use technology to grow my business.
This training has been very practical and beneficial. I have learned how I can use simple AI tools to save time, plan my business, and communicate professionally with
customers. I used to do everything manually and did not have a system. Now, I can organize my ideas, communicate faster with customers, and think strategically about
how I can grow my business.
Being part of this program has encouraged and empowered me with the confidence that even small business owners can benefit from technology and AI. It has opened
my mind to new possibilities and opportunities.
