Hello, my name is Muhammadu Marafa. I run a VTU website business, and I’m a participant in the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training, Phase 7. I’m in the AI and Automation track.
2. In one or two words, how would you describe the training so far?
Practical and impactful.
3. What is one thing you learned from your track training that you have already applied in your business, and how has it helped?
One thing I learned is automating customer responses and order processing. Before the training, I replied to customers manually and processed VTU orders one by one,
which caused delays and missed messages. After applying what I learned, I set up automated responses and workflows that confirm payments and process orders faster.
This has reduced errors, saved time, and improved customer satisfaction.
4. How do you feel about being part of the MTN ICT & Business Skills Training – Phase 7?
I feel proud and grateful to be part of this program. It has boosted my confidence and given me real digital skills that are already improving my business.

I want to sincerely thank MTN Foundation for this opportunity. This training is changing lives and empowering young entrepreneurs like me with real, usable skills.
