The thought of understanding my business to an extent makes me feel i don’t really need to keep every record, that i know most of my activities at work off hand..But since the training,i have learnt the importance of keeping every record no matter small..this has helped me a lot as i now know have everything on record..no more second guessing,no more doubt,no more mistakes.
