I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to participate in the MTN Foundation program under Track 2A: Leveraging Data for Business Growth. This training has been highly impactful and enlightening for me.
Before this program, I had a limited understanding of how important data is in making business decisions. Through the sessions, I learned how data can be collected, analyzed, and used to understand customers’ behavior, improve services, and make smarter business strategies. I now understand that data is not just numbers, but a powerful tool for growth and innovation.
The facilitators explained the concepts in a very clear and practical way, making it easy to relate the lessons to real business situations. The examples and case studies helped me see how businesses can use data to increase profits, improve customer satisfaction, and stay ahead of competitors.
