I am grateful to MTNF for the exposure to accountability and proper loan and grant request procedures. The facilitators are commended for simplifying complex concepts during the educational sessions.
Key learnings from the training include; preparing and planning for pitching, accessing grants and loans, and the importance of proper bookkeeping.
The training has reinforced the need to continually research possibilities, market trends, and innovations that can enhance service quality and provide financial support. The importance of packaging and branding a business to appeal to the target audience has equally been highlighted, prompting plans to improve client presentation. Digitalizing the business and exploring the scope of exportation and its opportunities have been emphasized. Identifying market barriers and taking action is crucial for business improvement.
Furthermore, the importance of having an HRM and a virtual assistant as the business grows has been noted. Teaching workers the value of a positive attitude is essential for improving customer and employee relationships. Progress can be made without waiting for a significant breakthrough.
