I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to participate in the MTN ICT and Business Skills Training (Phase 7), I consider this experience both enlightening and impactful. The masterclasses held on Wednesdays and Fridays provided invaluable insights into essential digital tools and effective business planning, which are critical for success in today’s rapidly evolving economy.
Through this program, my perspective on business management within the digital space has been significantly transformed. I gained practical knowledge on enhancing customer engagement and leveraging digital transformation to improve operational efficiency. The resource persons were highly knowledgeable, professional, and articulate, presenting complex concepts in a clear and practical manner.
This training has broadened my understanding of emerging opportunities and equipped me with the confidence and skills required to advance my business. I am deeply grateful to the MTN Foundation for this life-changing initiative and for the lasting impact it has made on my personal and professional development.
